At Potters Earth Foundation we help young people bridge the gap between a purposeful education and meaningful livelihoods.
Project Astitva
Astitva is women's empowerment and helps women in skill development, employability, entrepreneurship, education, financial literacy with emotional, physical, and social well-being. Age group 12 to 25 years.
Project Jagruti
Project Jagruti helps a student with academic achievement, a healthy lifestyle, emotional and physical well-being, social well-being, and cultural belief. Age group 13 to 16 years.
Project Saksham
Project Saksham is an Education to Employability along with Skill Development that aims to create sustainable livelihood opportunities by partnering with local industries. Age group 18 to 35 years.
The Prabhat Project
We deploy our patented comprehensive Career Curriculum to government schools to enable stream selection and reduction in dropout rates.
Project Kartavya
In Project Kartavya we train teachers in government and govt-aided schools in progressive classroom practices aligned to NEP2020.
Udaan Scholarship Program
We educate 50 meritorious students in Grade 11 & 12 to clear competitive exams for engineering, medical, law and entrepreneurship every year.
Project Planet First
This project is to take proactive measures to address climate change and promote environmental conservation. This project will focus on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, conserving natural resources, and promoting sustainable practices that contribute to climate resilience and ecological balance.
Project Cyber Smart
This project aims to raise awareness, educate, and engage with the public to promote safe online practices, mitigate cyber risks, and contribute to a more cyber-secure society.
Project Gramin Shetkari Krishi Vikas
The primary goal of the project is to empower farmers by providing them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to improve their livelihoods. This may include training programs on modern agricultural practices, access to quality seeds, fertilizers, and other agricultural inputs, and financial literacy programs to help farmers manage their finances effectively.

About Founders
Anamika Dasgupta
Founder Director
Educationist, Behavioural
scientist and Coach. Passionate about young talent and enabling them to discover and
follow their true north. Over a career spanning 20 years, she has worked with many
students and their families, helping them find their true calling. She is also an
experienced entrepreneur coach and actively supports and guides founders of
educational
ventures.
Professional Journey:
Anamika is a Human Development practitioner and Behavioural Scientist. She spent the
first decade of her career coaching talent across corporates including Tata Group,
Nokia
and Microsoft. In 2013, she founded The Potter’s Earth Eduservices, a career
coaching
and performance development company that has helped thousands of students and young
professionals across global, economic and racial lines towards meaningful careers.
She
founded Potter’s Earth Foundation in 2020, a non-profit organization that partners
with
organizations to resolve the Work and Employment crisis facing Indian youth.
Literary Contributions:
Anamika has authored and co-published several white papers related to employability
enhancement of Indian youth, and the role of teachers and educators in driving
change.
Learning Continuum:
An alumnus of the prestigious Symbiosis Institutes, Pune, Anamika is a Masters and
gold
medalist in Human Development. She is a Certified Executive Coach from International
Consortium for Coaching in Organizations (ICCO) Switzerland. She will soon start her
journey to complete her Masters in Non-profit Leadership with an Executive Program
from
the Centre of Social Impact Strategy, University of Pennsylvania.
Saurabh Sharma
Founder Director
Educationist, Speaker,
Author.
As an avid reader of Indian mythology and religion with a professional interest in
psychology, Saurabh brings forth a unique take on life decisions while working with
students and teachers. Through his organization The Potter’s Earth, he helps
students
make independent value-based career and life choices
Professional Journey:
Saurabh started his career in the corporate sector and went on to work with several
large corporations as well as social startups. It was while working with Dlight
Energy,
a Silicon Valley based social venture that led him to interact with
bottom-of-the-pyramid customers in rural and small-town India, that he got an
exposure
to the immense potential that rests with the Indian youth and was inspired to enable
young students in India to reach a life of their true potential.
Literary Contributions:
Saurabh has vast experience in designing education policy, conducting parenting
workshops and mentoring teachers. He has written several educational blogs as well
as a
book titled ‘Future Ready: a Guide for Parents and Teachers’. Saurabh is a
passionate
youth coach and has hosted and participated in several education related forums as
speaker and panelist.
Learning Continuum:
Saurabh is an alumnus of Symbiosis Management institute and a certified career coach
and
career expert from International Consortium of Coaching in Organizations (ICCO)
Switzerland.
